Frakcja Info Website Terms and Conditions
What you will find here and what you agree to
Frakcja Info is a 7-person team from Marszałkowska 126/134, which since 2019 has been calculating budget acts into their real impact on the wallet. Access to the website requires acceptance of the 5 points of these terms and conditions. We do not use legal jargon or fine-print footnotes. We publish facts verified by two editors, expecting respect for copyrights in return.
Our content and your rights
Everything you read here – texts, infographics, and budget analyses – is the result of our hard work. We have already read 127 acts so that you don't have to. That's why we ask: do not copy our texts without citing the source. If you want to share our graphic about electricity prices on your profile, go ahead, but tag Frakcja Info. We do not allow mass copying of our reports to other news services. Our educational materials and multimedia are created for you, not for content-scraping bots. If you run a local library or school, write to us – we will be happy to provide materials for free. We have separate rules for companies for paid analyses. Remember that every letter on this site has passed through the hands of Łukasz, Ewa, or Tomasz. Let's respect each other. Without beating around the bush – stealing content is simply a poor move that hits independent journalism.
Is this legal advice?
This is a very important point. Frakcja Info is an information and analytical service, not a law firm or tax office. We explain changes in regulations, calculate budgets, and check office invoices, but our texts are not official legal advice. Every business or home situation is different. We have checked it at the source and always provide hard facts, but before making an important financial decision, talk to your accountant. We do not take responsibility for how you use the knowledge from our free guides. We try to keep everything up to date – we usually publish analysis within 48 hours of a vote in the Sejm. However, the law changes faster than the weather. If you find an error in our calculations, let us know at redakcja@frakcja.pl. We will fix it in a flash. Simply put – we provide the map, but you are driving your car and you are responsible for where you turn.
Ordering reports and payments
If you run a small workshop or shop and order a business analysis from us, we do it based on specific rules. Such a report usually costs 450 PLN net. In return, you get 3 pages of pure facts concerning your industry. We try to deliver the finished document within 48 hours, unless the act is exceptionally long – then we will let you know in advance. You pay for the report based on an invoice sent via email. If for some reason we cannot prepare the analysis (e.g., the matter is too complicated for our four-person team), we will say so directly and won't take a penny from you. We don't push services people don't need. The Premium Newsletter subscription costs 35 PLN per month and you can cancel it at any time with one click in the email footer. Zero hidden costs and unnecessary formalities. That's it regarding money and fair dealings.
