Frequently Asked Questions

We explain how we operate, where we get our data, and why you no longer need to be afraid of difficult words from the Parliament.

Question

Do you work for the government or any political party?

Answer

No. Info Fraction is a completely private project. We earn from reports for companies and support from 156 patrons. We checked it at the source – numbers have no party colors. No one tells us what to write. End of story.

Question

Where do you get all these numbers from?

Answer

We read parliamentary bills that no one else looks at. We review budget execution reports and council resolutions. These are not secret data, just boring papers that we simply translate into human language. No fluff.

Question

When do new analyses appear?

Answer

Usually, we need up to 48 hours from the vote in Parliament. We have to calculate everything ourselves and draw the charts to avoid errors. We send the summary newsletter every Tuesday at 8:00 AM.

Question

Will your reports help me in running my company?

Answer

Yes. We focus on changes in taxes and contributions for small workshops and shops. Last year, we prepared 47 such analyses. We know you don't have time to follow the Sejm, so we do it for you. Just pure specifics.

Question

Do you also deal with local matters?

Answer

Currently, we mainly look at Warsaw and the surrounding areas. In Piaseczno, we have already helped 83 families recover overpaid taxes. If something strange is happening with money in your local office, let us know. We will examine those invoices.

Question

Why are some reports paid?

Answer

Reading 127 laws a year is a huge amount of work. Paid business reports (from 450 PLN net) allow us to pay for servers and our team based on Marszałkowska Street. Thanks to this, the newsletter for regular people can remain free.
