Privacy Policy – Frakcja Info
Last updated: February 2025
Who manages your data?
The administrator of your data is Frakcja Info. Our office is located in Warsaw at 126/134 Marszałkowska St. We are a small team that has been translating difficult laws into human language since 2019. Our founder, Łukasz Grabowski, is directly responsible for the security of your information. We are not a big corporation with a legal department of a hundred people. We are a group of analysts who respect your privacy as much as we respect the facts in our reports.
If you have any questions about how we store your name or email, write to us directly. We use simple rules and don't hide behind difficult words. Your data only reaches us if you decide to contact us yourself or sign up for the newsletter. Simply put – we watch over your privacy because it's the right thing to do. That's all on the subject.
What information do we collect and why?
We only collect what is necessary for our work. When you sign up for the "Kasa Państwa" newsletter, we ask for your email address. 156 people who want to know more about the budget already do this. If you fill out the form on the contact page, you provide us with your name and sometimes a phone number. You do this so we can prepare an analysis for you or answer a question about taxes. We don't collect data we don't need.
Our site also saves standard server logs, like your IP address. This is a normal thing that helps us protect the service from attacks. We also use simple statistical tools to know which article about electricity prices was read most eagerly. We do not sell your data to advertising companies or any political parties. We checked it at the source – clean rules are the basis of trust, and without trust our analyses would make no sense. No fluff.
Your rights and control over data
At any time, you have the right to check what we know about you. You can request a correction of a mistake in your name or the complete removal of your email from our database. If you write us a request to delete data, we will respond quickly. It usually takes us up to 4 hours on business days. We won't ask you for a reason or make it difficult to opt-out. You're in charge here.
In every newsletter you receive from us, you will find an unsubscribe link at the very bottom. One click and you disappear from the list. You also have the right to transfer your data or restrict its processing. If you think we are doing something wrong, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office. But we encourage you: first write to us at redakcja@frakcja.pl. We are human and will certainly resolve any problem quickly. We simply and specifically respect your rights.
Cookies and security
We use cookies. These are small text files that your browser saves on your disk. Thanks to them, the site works efficiently, and our infographics about state spending load faster. Cookies also help us understand if the 83 people from Piaseczno, whom we helped with taxes, found what they were looking for with us. You can disable them in your browser settings at any time.
Your data is safe with us. We use SSL certificates that encrypt the connection between your computer and our server on Marszałkowska. Only trusted people from the editorial office, like Ewa or Tomasz, have access to the email database. We don't keep your data on unsecured drives. We care about this because we know that information security is the foundation of modern journalism. That's all on the subject of your security with us.
